After the injuries, even a guy like Roland is too valuable to lose that way... Cut him for a guy you like better, but don't cut him to play roster games. Look how many 1st and 2nd year QB's will be starting for their respective teams this season. More than ever before, I'd suspect. Plus younger players are even cheaper than before with the new CBA and rookie salary scale. Teams have more money to spend and would probably rather have youth.
