LB's need their shoulders, and that's starting to look like a separation/dislocation/collarbone... it's dislocated. when you see someone holding their hand/arm like that, they're trying to lessen the weight of what their 1, 000lb arm is feeling like. it's an absolutely horrible feeling until it gets set back in place. his looked to be still out on the way to the locker room. that indicates a class 3 type separation, which is just terrible news. hope i'm wrong on the degree, but fear i'm not.
