oldschooler
Ladies and Gentlemen ! Last week the team hit a major bump on the road to Phoenix. This past week people have been calling for Bresnahan`s head. There have been threads about hiring Cowher, and other kinds of insanity. Today is a chance for the Defense and Coaches to try and redeem themselves from last week`s embarrassment. Winning is the sweetest perfume. Here`s hoping for a big splash of perfume ! WHO-DEY !!!!!!!!!!

CantStop24
I'm nervous but I have a good feeling about this game... We fare well against the NFC and the Seahawks just really aren't that good.
Actium
Well, I'm going to my local watering hole to watch the early games. I hope when we meet again it is under joyous circumstances.
oldschooler
I made the Game Thread so early because I have family visiting today from out of state. So I probably won`t be here right before, or during the game. That may not be a bad thing though, because I wasn`t here for the Ravens game either. Here`s hoping to similar results (Ecspecially, from the Defense and on the scoreboard) !

VonBlade
I'm gutted it's the late game. Sat down with my dinner and everything. What the hell am I supposed to do for the next three hours? I've got a choice of the Stealers game or the Dolphins/Jets. Fish then.
Hooky
Here in Nati on Warner cable, it's stealers or poker. As I said on another thread, I don't know what I'll do before the game. I don't know how long I can handle the stealers slurpfest on TV. I guess there's always mute. BTW, Esiason just said that if Palmer gets hurt, the bengals will be the worst team in the NFL. He can lick it. And he's saying their defense is too awful for them to accomplish anything this year. That's fine, Boomer. But I don't want to see your albino ass hanging around with the bengals during the play-off run.
big_dish
MY SEATTLE UPDATE SO FAR..... OK, so I fly in, get off the plane, and go outside to the pick up area. What is the very first thing I see when I walk out? Thats right. A Fat, Mulleted, Inbred Stealer* fan. It just goes to show, you can take the Stealer* fan out of the trash, but you cant take the trash out of the Stealer* fan. Also, Ive seen quite a few Bengals fans out here this weekend... I got on the "Ride the Ducks" tour (the buses that go in and out of water and give you a tour of the city) and there were Bengals fans sitting right next to me... Saw a bunch of fans on the streets as we were riding around in that thing, and screamed Who Dey!! to everyone... I think I annoyed the other people on the bus, haha. This city is awesome. And, there are tons of hot asian girls everywhere.

The Entertainer
Ghiaciuc, Brooks out By GEOFF HOBSON September 23, 2007 2:35 p.m. SEATTLE _ The Bengals' injury woes were reflected up the middle when head coach Marvin Lewis' inactive list came down for Sunday's game here at Qwest Field. Out were center Eric Ghiaciuc (thumb) and middle linebacker Ahmad Brooks (groin), but Lemar Marshall (groin) did draw the start at strong-side linebacker despite not practicing until Friday. Also down for the second straight week was core special teams member Chinedum Ndukwe (hamstring), the rookie safety.
http://www.bengals.com/news/news.asp?story_id=6300
