The Raiders coach couldn't be anywhere close to the hot seat. The guy was hired knowing it is going to take 4 years + to turn that team around. Add in what the Redskins gave up to draft RG3, They made a huge investment in him. I will be surprised if Shanny is not released. But assume they will go after an OC or former HC. But I'm sure he wants to make that move on his terms. And I'm guessing winning a Super Bowl as a head coach is on his list of accomplishments he wants. He was born to be a DC. Just like Lebeau. There are also tons of reports about Marvin and Zimmer coming up with the D and gameplan together. It needs to stay that way.
