I was surprised to see East in the playoffs until I looked at their record and I learned they expanded the playoffs. And yet, they managed to lose to my pathetic Whetstone Braves. 😂

My Thursday evening golf league is made up of at least 1/3 former Whetstoners. All are great guys. The others are old North HS guys (my wife’s alma mater). Even after 50 years, the rivalry between the two is always there. I didn’t go to North—I tell everybody—but married into it! Great fun.

Irony of ironies-North is now Dominion Middle School and the students go to Whetstone for high school. 😂

North has a grand legacy though. Up until the pandemic, they had an annual reunion at the school “North on the Fourth”…for every graduating class. Lots of fun.

Fellow out of my wife’s class some on here might know: ML Harris (TE on the Bengals 1981 team—caught a TD pass in the AFCCG Freezer Bowl). Great guy.

She doesn’t know much about the NFL. First time I met ML, I remarked to her that “wow…that’s ML Harris!”. She replied “No…that’s Mike”. Lol

Throw this in here and hope someone sees it...

Saw on ESPN Titans said someone had made a trade offer

for Derrick Henry.

Oh pleasepleaseplease Duke, Pumpkin  and Zack...

buck tradition and make a mid season move to improve the team

for a real Super Bowl run.

Average of 61 yards a game from a running back who can't block

ain't gonna get it done.

Just one.  Some guy I never heard of

Some guy named Dominique Davis on the practice squad.

My guess (usually wrong) is Tanner Hudson up, more Drew Sample in

the backfield.

They could move Irwin back there as well..

Mixon will carry 20 plus and Williams will get a few..

I don't see them acquiring Henry.

Should have signed Perine imo.

They still have time but doesn't look to happen.

I knew North did that. They were also very supportive of Watterson when they were using Hagely Field as their home field.
