Will be interesting to see what the cap numbers look like if they get these blockbuster deals done.

They're about 17 mil under the cap with everyone currently counting. They'll want to keep 3 or 4 mil available into the season for injury replacements. So that leaves about 13 mil available for the extra 2023 cap space from extensions for Tee and Joe. Signing bonuses can be prorated over a max of 5 seasons. So suppose we sign Tee to a deal with 4 new years and a total of 90 mil with a 20 mil signing bonus paid this year. His cap number for 2023 would increase by 4 mil. That would leave about 9 mil for Joe or a 45 mil signing bonus. Not chicken feed but well below market. There are ways to finesse it with option bonuses and such. Basically it depends on what Joe wants.

I think they'll have to do better than that somehow, Guessing big bonus incentives for one or both.  Maybe only 3 years for Tee, get that ring and then cash in elsewhere for a few years.
