I've said previously I don't give a fuck about the Brown family's bank account, Burrow's bank account or Chase's bank account!!  Never said he wasn't

I pointed out Chase had his struggles as well!  You didn't even read the article and just ASSUMED I meant the preseason!!  The article was 

printed December of 2021!  That's not "whining" or "shitting" on said player.  That's not even an opinion.  It's fact!

Yeah he was 4th in the league in receiving yards.  He also lost a LEAGUE HIGH 120 yards on drops and that's not including potential YAC yards

on those drops!

Whatever is going on behind the scenes, I appreciate that Ja'Marr's situation doesn't appear to have negatively impacted the team at all. The team hasn't fined Ja'Marr, and Ja'Marr hasn't taken shots at the front office through the media. It would appear that neither side has poisoned the well while the business side of the game gets worked through.

 

While I think the "one practice" line (to get Chase up-to-speed) was hyperbole, I also think it's to his credit that he'll basically have 2 weeks of practice under his belt heading into Week 1. That tells me Ja'Marr cares about winning and not letting his teammates down, even as he navigates what he and his agent feel he needs to do.

 

If/when this gets resolved, I fully expect it to immediately be water under the bridge.

And I said I would take that kind of "struggle" if he's 4th in yards in the league 

 

Both he and Sewell are great players but Jamar put up the kind of numbers his rookie year that got us to a superbowl. Sewell played better by the end of the year but he was not going to protect Joe well enough to get us there.

 

And you still take a WR1 over an RT every time.
