FWIW, Trent Williams to the 49ers for a 5th this year and a future 3rd.

He is 5 years older than Thuney (32 to 27). But also is a tackle instead of a guard and is more decorated (7 straight Pro Bowls vs Thuney's one).

Thuney is from Centerville. Hometown discount?

I still think it is a longshot, but a 5th and a 4th? I'd do that.

Don't think NE will.

Unfortunately, Kindley went to the Dolphins, BJ.  The sonofabitches got  Jackson, Hunt and Kindley.

Perhaps, I just recently moved down here and that's all I hear is Goddamned Dolphins news, lol. They were so sure the "cheap-assed Bengals" would eventually give them what they wanted...only if they offered enough. They were wrong!

Back on the ticker.  Muti, Biadasz, or Prince TW please.  We need to address the O-line.

CB Reid off the board. Kind of liked him.

Gandy Golden gone as well.

Well, we could take an injury gamble (Muti, Biadasz) at IOL.

We could take Weaver or Anae to help the Dline.

We could take a tackle project (Prince, Adams).

If the medicals are good, then Muti or Biadasz. But if the medicals were good, both would be long gone by now.

I think we go Weaver or Anae. KJ Hill would not shock me, either.

Well, some boards had Kareem as a top 100 guy.

Listed as a DE. Wonder if they see him as a edge guy when we play a 3 man front?

Don't know much. Writeup seems to say better vs the run.

Still, we only had 4 edge guys on the roster: Dunlap, Hubbard, Lawson, and Brown.

Stolen from another board:

Player Bio

Kareem was a top-100 prospect coming out of Michigan's Harrison High School, with the Detroit Defensive Player of the Year (16 sacks as a senior) choosing the Irish over Michigan and Alabama. He enrolled in January 2016 and received playing time in four contests as a true freshman. Kareem played in all 13 games as a reserve in 2017 (21 tackles, 5.5 for loss, three sacks) and then started all 13 games as a junior (42 tackles, 10.5 for loss, 4.5 sacks, five pass breakups). He tied for the team lead with 5.5 sacks among his 46 total stops (10 for loss) as a senior. Kareem also led the Irish with three forced fumbles in his final season. His father, Ken, coached defensive linemen at the high school level for many years.
