What one may overlook is the seats fold up and there is a hella lot of snow to dig out before folding them down. He needs to turn it over to another Parcells or Johnson (Belichick) & let them cook. Maybe try to get Vrabel as DC. Don't see Jerrah doing that & he's definitely not making that call with everybody screaming for it. Very much strikes me as the type of guy where you need to make him think it was his idea in order to get anything done.
