Schedule Release Supposedly this week

Dalton vs Flacco opening game. This shall determine just how emotionally invested I'm gonna allow myself to get this season lol

Big game off the bat for sure. if dalton struggles against a division team again to start the season, the talks will only get louder. If he comes in off the bat puts up a big game, gets a division road win right off the bat, Id imagine his confidence would be pretty high.

Just for fun...11-5. 5-1 in the division seems a little optimistic though.

Going to the Titans game and a Brewers game.

Now I need to decide if I want to go to the UC at OSU game the day before I drive back to NC?

And do I want to drive up to Baltimore 2 weeks before I drive to Cincinnati?

Why the hell are we playing the Browns in a prime time game? Also, I don't know what the stats say but my initial observation is that this is a deceptively difficult schedule. Looks pretty tough.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this but the NFL giving us a home MNF game against Denver in week 15 seems like a major vote of confidence for the franchise and city. That game could be huge.

Well, there is the fact that they will be playing UC, so I will have to deal with traffic from Cincinnati.  The other question is do I want to get up really early to make the drive, or go up the night before.  When I went last year I left Cincy around 9am and got to the game just a few minutes before kickoff and did not get to tailgate.

Man that is one brutal schedule the last 7 games.

Early bye sucks.

The 2nd Browns game is a classic trap game. Comes after Pitt and before monday in Denver.

I see 8-4 going into the final 4 game stretch and finishing 9-7.

In Cincinnati.

The one good thing about the early bye is if I do go to the OSU game I can drive back on Sunday and not miss a Bengals game.

And with Ohio State having a bye the Saturday before I don't have to miss them play on the drive up either.

Week 4 bye is the suck. Wait all that time for football and get three weeks only to have to take a week off? Eff that and eff Thursday night games. They should only come off of bye weeks.

Not a big fan of this schedule. If we make it to January this year it's going to take a lot of being a helluva football team and a little of the ball bouncing our way.
