|BlackJesus|
51 Receptions/1079 Yards/11TD's In 8 Games. 1st Team All Canadian Great size and good speed ... I'd think he'd at least be worth a look, perhaps for a 3rd-4th rounder.

BlackBengal
Looks like a later round guy. Cody Core has similar measurables and played in the SEC and he was a late rounder. So a player that dominated at a much, much lower level won't go higher just because he has great measurables.
Jpoore
Tulsa reciever is way better imo
Steve4192
No way is he worth a 3rd or 4th rounder. His level of competition is too low to draw any meaningful conclusions from his film or college production, and his measurables don't leap off the page. A hand-timed 4.5 40 at his pro day is a 4.6 or 4.65 40 at the combine. I could see taking a flyer on him with a 6th or 7th rounder, but I'd rather see the Bengals pass. He doesn't seem like a significant improvement over the young/inexperienced guys already at the bottom of the Bengals WR depth chart. I'd rather save that draft pick for next year to help the team move up in the draft or to draft a guy to fill a specific need for the 2017 Bengals. Jpoore
Jake kumerow is the second best reciever on the roster and hasn't played yet so we don't need him

|BlackJesus|
Bengals round out roster, sign receiver Rashaun Simonise 4:08 PM ET Coley Harvey ESPN Staff Writer CINCINNATI -- The Cincinnati Bengals rounded out their 90-man roster Thursday, according to the agent of a player they reportedly signed as a free agent that afternoon. Rashaun Simonise, a 6-foot-5, 200-pound former standout at the University of Calgary, signed with the Bengals following the supplemental draft, according to his agent, Brian Brundage. No players were selected in Thursday's supplemental draft. Simonise, 22, was part of the supplemental draft after being ruled academically ineligible for his senior season. He had 1,079 receiving yards on 51 catches last year. While waiting to find out if he’d be eligible for the supplemental draft, Simonise played in five games this spring with the Chicago Eagles, an arena team based in the Champions Indoor Football League. He had 11 catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns there. During Bengals training camp, which begins in two weeks, Simonise figures to be a natural competitor for Alonzo Russell, a 6-foot-4, 205-pound wideout whom Cincinnati signed as an undrafted free agent in May following the NFL draft. Valued for his height and leaping ability, Russell could be a mismatch in one-on-one situations with cornerbacks deep downfield. The same could be said for Simonise, who reportedly had a 35-inch vertical at his pro day. With Simonise's addition, the Bengals now have 13 receivers coming to training camp. Beyond A.J. Green, there are questions about how rookie Tyler Boyd, free-agency addition Brandon LaFell, and young wideouts James Wright, Mario Alford and Jake Kumerow -- among others -- will be used this fall. Simonise could add another wrinkle there, depending upon how he performs later this month and next. http://espn.go.com/blog/cincinnati-bengals/post/_/id/23058/bengals-rashaun-simonise-canadian-receiver-reportedly-round-out-roster-sign
