Can certainly understand not risking anything for a struggling 3-5 team under a franchise tag deal.

|BlackJesus|
I think the team has NEVER needed a win more than they do this Sunday. So in that way, this might be the biggest regular season Bengals game of the Burrow era. A loss Sunday, and I predict this entire train is coming off the rails. Joe looks like he's about at the end of his rope. And I predict the entire locker room is going to be lost with a loss vs. the lowly Raiders. I also think Zac may not survive to next season with a loss Sunday, as I then think the playoffs are an impossibility; they will be 0-5 at home, and Tee will likely sit out most of the rest of the year to preserve himself for free agency. Thankfully, I think the Raiders suck bad enough that the Bengals beat them. Because if they don't, I think the whole thing is going to blow up and we can start our draft threads early.

Giving him $3M to start 2 games in 2018, after playing in 2 the year before, then offering a million dollar raise to come back & limp through the next year was probably not smart though. Wonder who made that decision. Couldn't be that sunk cost fallacy we keep arguing over.

Sure, we couldn't win playoff games, but I never feared that the team would be outcoached or outsmarted schematically. Those losses seemed to be a lack of top end talent and inadequacy from the Red Water Pistol. But now I am starting to wonder and have questions about how the actual games are being managed and which plays are being called on offense and defense. so youre just the bengals fan version of a trump supporter now. got it. And I have to wonder about their competency. First of all, do we need "ORANGE SOCKS" spelled out to see that the players will be wearing orange socks? But even if that is the way you choose to go, who had the brain spasm to put "ORANGE SOCKS" next to the black jersey, and "BLACK TOPS" next to the orange socks? You compose your image in a way that subliminally reinforces what you're trying to convey. You don't include things that subliminally confuse the viewer. SMH (both of my parents spent parts of their working lives in graphic design/advertising, so I grew up immersed in this stuff) as for the text, i got that one for you, I would have dont the same, and my graphic design class taught me the same, text should use the edge of an imagine as the floor, and they are telling the items in order of importance, jersey, pants, socks, but i get it, the words arent next to the items they are talking about, but that wasnt the intent, just a list of items along the edge, i probably would have ignored the edge rule if someone pointed it out to me tho. or put the text on the left side going down so it lined up. It's one thing if these injuries would be freaky things but they're repeated hamstrings and now a quad out of nowhere. Makes me wonder if this will eventually hurt his eventual $ figure on the open market with a "good" team with cap as opposed to some bottom feeder paying for talent. a team was willing to give watson, a 1 year wonder QB with a pile of sexual assault allegations a quarter billion dollars, there will be no shortage of teams willing to overpay for Tee Higgins.
