That hole looks like my worst golf nightmare...I can find water like nobody's business regardless...that hole would claim a couple sleeves of golf balls for me.  :)

Lee Trevino had the best swing thought for water holes: “What water?”

From Joe’s backswing angle, and feet placement, unless he hits it thin he’s got plenty of grass on the left.

The NFL Players Association is currently conducting its annual meetings, in Hawaii. And a new member of the Executive Committee has been elected.

Bengals center Ted Karras replaces defensive back Michael Thomas, who retired from the NFL before the 2024 season.

“I’ve been involved with the NFLPA for a long time and have seen the great work that guys like Michael Thomas and Austin Ekeler have done,” Karras said in a press release distributed by the union. “My biggest thing will be educating and informing our player population on not only what the union does, but the benefits and programming that have been created for players. I’m excited to get to work and help lead this union.”

Karras joins Jalen Reeves-Maybin (President), Thomas Hennessy (Treasurer), Oren Burks, Calais Campbell, Austin Ekeler, Cameron Heyward, Case Keenum, Ryan Kelly, Brandon McManus, and Thomas Morstead, all of whom were elected to two-year terms a year ago.

Seems likely now that the Bengals will play Miami in Spain this season. That game would otherwise be played in Miami so the neutral site wouldn't cost the Bengals a home crowd. 9 home games, 7 road games, one neutral site game doesn't sound too bad. Of course Cincinnati played very poorly at home last season, hopefully they play better there this season.

Getting an overseas game where you don't lose a home game is ideal, as it's basically a neutral site at worst, and, at best, more of your own fans.

They should leave the international stuff to the preseason.  Making these guys play 4 quarters of NFL ball book-ended by 10-12 hour flights is negligence.  Someone's bound to have a stroke from this shit eventually.

I don't really like this...win your division. I feel like this would diminish the importance of rivalries, you'd essentially have an NBA-esque setup where conf record is king

They're going to end up ruining the whole thing!  If it ain't broke, don't f'n fix it!  NAPCAR fucked everything up the past 5 or so years.  NBA is trying to fuck things up with "in-season" tournaments.  MLB tried to speed up the game with a "pitch clock" then turned around and nullified that with instant replay.  Just stop already!  Haha

Like every big business these days the expectation is infinite growth.  No amount of money will ever be enough for them.  They don't mind changing the game until it's unrecognizable if that means earning an extra nickel.  The line must always go up.

I get it that they want to increase revenue but their fans are the one's watching,  whether it's in the stands or home on TV.  They start losing those fans and all that revenue doesn't mean shit if the only people in the stands watching or home watching on TV are friends or family members of the players and coaches!  That "revenue" will go away eventually.
