ThurmanMunster
Dolphins LB Channing Crowder, who appears likely to start in the middle Sunday against the Giants with Zach Thomas ailing, says he didn't know until Tuesday that people in London speak English. "I couldn’t find London on a map if they didn’t have the names of the countries," he said. "I swear to God. I don’t know what nothing is. I know Italy looks like a boot. I know London Fletcher. We did a football camp together. So I know him. That’s the closest thing I know to London. He’s black, so I’m sure he’s not from London. I’m sure that’s a coincidental name." MULLY
For what it's worth if you gave me a world map without any of the country names I'd be hard pressed to point a lot of places out. Europe? I'm like this dude, I know Italy is shaped like a boot. Other than that.....not a chance in hell. Geography never interested me. There's a difference between not being able to learn and not learning. I never took the time to learn where these places are. I honestly couldn't care less either. If you can give me one good reason how knowing where these places are will improve my life then I'll take the time out to learn them. I seriously doubt there's a good enough reason though. I have ZERO desire to ever visit that side of the planet. MULLY

Anyone remember Reggie Rembert? That jackass couldn't even remember the plays, any of them. I remember reading somewhere that when he came here from West Virginia every time he came in the game he just ran a jet route because he was like 6-3 and could run and didn't know the routes. They just told him to line up here and run toward the endzone...

claptonrocks
I know western europe pretty well but when you get into the eastern side and all those countries ending in IA Im kind of lost..... I wont knock Crowder too much for not knowing geography.. As one poster said, it's not really that important in the whole scope of things.... oldschooler
Just because Crowder doesn`t know World Geography, or anything about other Countries, that doesn`t make Joey Porter appear intelligent now. Porter has said some stupid ass shit. And my vote for dumbest player ever goes to Vick. $100 million dollar contract, millions more in endorsement deals. Ron Mexico, Airport incident, dog fighting, failed drug tests after standing up and "apologizing for bad judgement" of dog fighting, and knowing that he faced drug testing.
