Ridder does have some starting experience, I think adding to the PS makes a ton of sense.

... Zac Taylor recruited him to the Bearcats. So he makes sense as the 3rd QB on the 53 actually.

Ulumoo Ale was released by the Panthers.  Rookie UDFA.  I don't know anything about the guy at all

but he's got the size to play NT.  6' 6" 327 lbs.  Panthers already have Derrick Brown and A'Shawn Robinson.

I don't think he's a vested vet yet, so yeah - I think he'd have to clear waivers. But why would he come to Cincinnati, even if they wanted/could get him? I'd think he'd want to go somewhere where he'd have a more realistic shot at a QB2 role, and it's not happening here.

Most of the PS will be guys the Bengals cut today. It can have up to 6 vested vets among the 16 total.
