I was thinking the other day that the team has a lot of starters that have played in college championship games, but maybe other teams have them as well especially if you have an Alabama guy from the last 10 years or so.

Just saw that Uzomah was interviewed today and mentioned being in the Florida State / Auburn game.  He caught two passes in a loss.  Didn't even think about him.  Among the starters who have playoff experience

Burrow - LSU champs

Chase - LSU champs

Uzomah - Auburn runner up

Higgins - 2018 Clemson champs

Apple - 2014 OSU champs

Bell - 2014 OSU champs (had INT in semis against Alabama)

Hubbard - 2016 OSU semifinals; redshirted during 2014 OSU NC run

Mixon - 2015 Oklahoma semifinals

Jonah Williams - pick an Alabama team

Carman - 2018 Clemson champs

DJ Reader - 2015 Clemson runner up

I think Isaiah Prince did not play in the playoffs for tOSU.

Close enough:

“In his three years as a starter, Ohio State ranked second overall in the Big Ten and eighth among Power 5 teams in rushing … was a part of Ohio State teams that won consecutive Big Ten championships in 2017 and 2018 and had bowl game wins over No. 8 Notre Dame (2016 Fiesta Bowl), No. 8 USC (2018 Cotton Bowl) and No. 9 Washington (2019 Rose Bowl) … he also played in four victories over Michigan …”

Geno a first ballot Hall of Famer?

ESPN did an article about players who should be HOF bound after they retire and if I remember correctly Geno was #2 on the list. He has checked every box that people at his position have previously checked to make the HOF. I don't think most people realized just how good he was in his time in stripes.

Yes they did...

He was an AllPro player not a replacement at a joke of an all star game..

To me he was the 2nd greatest player to wear the stripes. (Munoz)..

He was loved and respected here..

Still is..

Yes, no doubt he was loved and respected HERE.  I was just surprised that Geoff called him a future first-ballot Hall of Famer when we all know how Bengal players have been frequently overlooked and under-valued by others.

Geno is a HOF without doubt.

Outside of Donald he was the best 3tech in NFL for yrs..

Whether its first ballot who knows..

no way is he first ballot

and there is a good chance he won’t make it all.

when he retired media said Ken Anderson was a lock.  Didn’t even come close.

Your wrong on this Tibor..

Anderson was a good quarterback..

Geno along with Donald have dominated their position..

Big difference... .
