Biden was chosen to shore up the Eastern States and to help pick off some southern states. He was chosen to help win the election, nothing more. He basically has no power other than the ability to break a tie in the Senate which won't happen with the Dems having almost 60 votes. Biden was a useful idiot and is now an annoying one for the President. Until the President becomes incapacitated or steps down, Biden is in charge of basically nothing unless Obama gives him power. That ain't happening. Gore was the same for Clinton. Clinton had zero respect for Al and gave him no authority. Cheney was Darth Vader. Used Jedi mind tricks to make Bushie do his bidding. Lets all pray Obama remains safe since Joe Biden is a moron. You know, the same guy who thought President Roosevelt addressed the nation on TV after the stock market crashed in 1929? Problem is FDR wasn't the Pres and there were no TV stations back then. The same guy the White House press secretary has to cover for after his never ending "gaffes".
