Smokescreen alert, but you never know. Thoughts: Horrible move. Nothing against the player. It's a positional thing and you are paying to much just to tread water from a roster standpoint. Plus it still leaves one pick for an offensive player since well, you know - Mike Brown likes offense. I doubt it happens at all. My record is long and goes way back regarding Rey and his shortcomings. But from what I've seen from Kuechly, he's great in pass coverage but by no means a run-stuffer or gifted open-field tackler... [/quote] Gotta disagree with the tackling part. And remember Rey played for a championship defense at USC with many good players around him, Kuechly never had that luxury. Don't think it'll happen though . Need to give up more to get a 12th pick plus KC might take Keuchly @ 11 . I know they'd wait to see what KC was going to do but a 21 and Rey is not enough . [/quote] The Seahawks have the 12th pick in the draft. I dont see any chance where Rey and a 21 moves you up to 12.
