Looks like final approval will have to be given by the Cincinnati City Council.

If it only entails rubber-stamping an approval which allows the construction plans to proceed—which the Planning Commission gave thumbs up—it should be given the OK fairly routinely by the Council.

Which, I would read, means Bengals money only being spent. A private building.

Watch: Video of Joe Burrow, Other Bengals Players Working Out

Cincinnati's offseason program starts next month.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals' coaching staff and front office continues to prepare for the 2022 NFL Draft.

Meanwhile, guys like Joe Burrow are in the middle of their offseason workout regiment.

Burrow trains at Black Sheep Performance in Blue Ash, a suburb of Cincinnati. They posted video of the star quarterback, along with other Bengals players including D'Ante Smith, Drew Sample and Akeem Davis-Gaither.

Free agent guard Quinton Spain is also training at Black Sheep. He's unsigned, but spent the past two seasons with the Bengals.

So Quinton Spain is Still in Cincy

working out with team members..

Doesn't anyone find that odd that he's still here and not signed by anyone yet?

Gut feeling is that hes going to sign here after the draft if they dont draft an interior lineman.

I wonder if it's  2 way thing. They want him back but he won't be in the mix to start if BPA at 31 is LG or C. The moment it's not.....sign him. Or next week some time for a person with normal patience.
