Well, maybe you have heard of the best basketball player of all time. Oscar Robertson played for UC.

Don't know Oscar Robinson. What NBA team does he play for?

Right now Oscar Robertson "plays" for the Basketball Hall of Fame.

I've never heard of Oscar Robinson.

Definitely a big guy. I bet he'll be a monster as a run blocker.

We should have some real offensive flexibility as far as run/pass strength in certain sets. For example, we could go 2 TEs with Charles and Gresham and 2 WRs with AJ and Sanu. With 4 big, strong guys out there in addition to the OL, that's a formation that should be easy to run out of. It also looks like a group that could all potentially be pretty dangerous as receiving threats also.

Gruden should have a lot of fun game planning with this group. And hopefully in next year's draft he can get a super talented RB to create even more mismatches and big play opportunities.

Yeah he's big. In fact...

Last time I watched the highlight reels I noticed something and had the tickle of an idea. He ran A LOT of plays out of Rutgers backfield. As a wildcat, but also as the RB. Think about it, this guy could present absolute matchup nightmares. He could be a kind of RB, H-Back, WR hybrid. Along with Charles at TE who I think has real H-back potential (and along with Gresham can flex out, not to mention Leonard who could move from RB to H-Back), we could really give Defenses fits. Those three or four guys step onto a field but the D can't sub based on their "position," because they are so interchangeable.

Sanu is 6-2, 210 and ran a 4.41 forty. He's a do-it-all utility man who is known for helping the team, whatever it takes. Either way, you know who your emergency backup RB is...

With Gruden having an offseason to prepare (and a full season to evaluate his team's strength and weaknesses), I'm giving even more credence to ML's claims that we need to draft guys who fit our team.

I'm getting excited...
