Kind of a different situation too.  He had NO guaranteed money left on his contract.  On the tail end of his

career and yet he's the best LT in the game currently..  Probably the best of this generation.  11 time Pro Bowler.

So what your saying is he didn’t have 2 years left on his contract and guaranteed money like Chase does??

Williams had 2024-2026 left on his contract before his new deal. But none was officially guaranteed. The team wasn't going to cut him this year so 2024 was effectively guaranteed. He also wanted a raise from the numbers he agreed to 3 years ago to ones closer to the top of the tackle pay scale. He probably saw Sewell and Wirfs' extensions. 

 

I'd guess he got an extra 5 mil or so for this year with raises for the next couple of years and most of his 2025 compensation guaranteed since he's still playing at a high level.

There is no way that the AFC West has 3 teams in the playoffs. The Chiefs play in an incredibly easy division. It is one reason (in addition to  4 games against the weak NFC South) why they should be considered as the favorite for the #1 seed.

Also that he's arguably the best LT in the game & not a top 10-ish WR.  I'd trade one for the other (age etc being equal) in a heartbeat.

Schrager is "butt buddy's" with McVey.  Notice how he has the Rams at #2?  On that show, (Good Morning Football), he took every opportunity to brag about blowing McVey at his wedding in the coat closet beforehand.    Aaron Donald leaves a hole in the middle of that defense the size of the grand canyon and Stafford is one good hit away from retirement.   

 

Greenberg is a TOTAL Jets homer so Rodgers is his Namath.  

 

I don't even pay attention to Cowturd as he has this perpetual look on his face like he's smelling a fart!
