Hey.... I put this question out via FB a few days ago but the responses were not much help.  Maybe y'all can take a crack?

If a foreign friend who loves the Bengals was visiting Cincinnati for a week asked you for things to see while there, what would be on your list?

(Assume you've arranged for game tickets and several tailgate invitations on Sunday.)

My list:
- Cincinnati Zoo
- Riverboat Cruise
- Jungle Jim's
- Findlay Market
- Camp Washington/Dixie Chili (because mom & pop beat out corporate)
- Newport Hofbrauhaus
- B-Line Bourbon Trail (link: http://thebline.com)
- Reds Game(*)
- Side trip to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum and take in a Flyers Game(*)

(*) = If seasons overlap with the visit

What else?

Take Isobel to the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory while you're up there.

MYSTERY SOLVED!

Chase Brown had what was, not really even arguably, the best game of his career Sunday. The Cincinnati Bengals running back scored twice after having just one score in 2023.

On the road vs. the Carolina Panthers, Brown carried 15 times for a team-high 80 carries and added two receptions as well. It was a strong showing from the 24-year-old rising star.

However, Brown's performance seemed to anger his opponent. Not only did Brown send the Panthers home with a loss, but he ‘appeared’ to enrage one fan.

The NFLPA investigated an incident in which Brown had a drink poured on him. The video caught traction on social media and was delivered to the NFLPA and the league.

Here’s a plot twist: The investigation deemed that it was actually a Bengals fan who accidentally spilled his drink that caused the incident, according to ESPN’s Ben Baby.

After reviewing the video and multiple security camera feeds, the NFL concluded that the drink wasn’t maliciously poured on Brown.

“The league’s review of the matter determined that portions of a drink were accidentally spilled on the Cincinnati player as Bengals fans attempted to catch the gloves he tossed to them,” NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said in a statement to ESPN.

While it is unfortunate Brown had a drink spilled on him, it is a good thing that there was no malicious intent to throw a drink on him like originally believed. Mistakes happen, and it sounds like this was nothing more than an honest mistake, not some fan taking things too far.

Last place in the NFL... whoopie.

New England just lost to the Dolphins at home, and Miami doesn't even have a QB.

Our loss to them Week 1, at home no less, looks worse with each passing week. Makes me wanna hurl just thinking about it.

Not sure why this has not been posted yet but a big plus for us.

Was waiting for the Giants week thread and will probably repost there...

Both listed as FP, Full Practice

and Kayvon Thibodeaux being out for the NYG is a bonus too. Giants still strong up front but he can bring it on the pass rush.

OL is playing well and just like magic, Burrow and Co is killing it. Gee Zac, only took 4 years.

Now focus in the g*d damn DL - yes I know we had 2 higher picks this past drfat but keep that coming.

Past two years we have 3. We need at least two more imo. And that's assuming Murphy Jenkins and Jackson all work out. (Still need another 3 Tech that is good at pass rush, since Jenkins is more a run stopper type, another DE to complement Muphy as well)
