This is exactly what we're discussing in the other thread:  other teams, actual franchises, this what they do: they GO GET the players, and it's pathetic to see the Bengals never even trying to do it.

Note, I'm not really saying they should do it NOW, unless they're getting players with term back - we have way too many problems and the season is already nearly finished for them.

We wait and hope that the “stars align” while other teams work to align the stars themselves.

For Cincinnati Bengals fans, Bobby Hart :meatwad: is just one of those names that will always earn a shake of the head.

Hart was a focal point of a strange era for the team, to say the least. And he continues to bounce around the NFL after his post-Bengals days, this time landing on the Washington Commanders’ practice squad, according to the Washington Post’s Nicki Jhabvala.

Some much needed assistance to an already impressive Stealers' secondary has arrived.  CB Cameron Sutton, who rejoined the Pittsburgh Stealers back in June 5th, 2024, has been officially reinstated after serving an eight-game suspension to start the season.

Sutton's suspension was a result of violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. His play for the Pittsburgh Stealers from 2016 to 2022 was immaculate, to say the least.  He would ultimately price himself out of the Steel City, signing with the Detroit Lions in the 2023 offseason. The Lions had initially released Sutton as a result of his violation, and Stealers gave their former CB a second-chance to play in the league again.

How will Sutton's return impact the already great Stealers' 2024 defense?  Given how amazing rookie slot corner Beanie Bishop Jr. has been to start the season, how will HC Mike Tomlin handle starting responsibilities?  Sutton's natural position lies in the slot, and this could present another positional battle for the Pittsburgh Stealers.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson sits out practice with injuries

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- After Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson didn't practice Wednesday, coach John Harbaugh said the NFL's reigning Most Valuable Asshole was given a "rest day."

The injury report provided a different explanation a few hours later: Jackson was listed with back and knee injuries.

"He's been playing great, and we have a lot of football in front of us," Harbaugh said. "We have another big game coming up, so that was warranted today."

The Ravens (5-3) play host to the Denver Broncos (5-3) on Sunday. Jackson hasn't missed a game due to injury since the end of the 2022 season

The injury designation for Jackson comes three days after he participated in all 68 offensive snaps for Baltimore in a 29-24 loss at the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Be wonderful to see the Broncos rough him up Sunday in a Denver W and

we finish the bitch off early Thursday night in a Bengals W.

Watching the Texans/Jets game. Mixon has holes you could drive a truck thru and has 75 yards already (midway thru 2nd quarter) Why can't we block like that?

Good question.....

I suppose we don't have a good enough Oline

Whoda thought,,😎
