Big Alice
His kryptonite is not 3-4 defenses... It's not pressure in his face... It's not prime time games... It's not the playoffs... It's bad weather. Oh yeah, and if Jeremy Hill hasn't become the permanent 1a in the Bengals running back stable, something's fucked up.
JC
X2 on Jeremy. Love Gio, but Jeremy is the full package. Hope this doesn't derail the Andy thread, which should be super entertaining.

ValleyBengal
Specifically I think it's wind that is his kryptonite. If I was the Bengals, I'd invest in one of those movie wind machines and have Andy throw with it on the whole practice.
Big Alice
Jeremy Hill has potential to be the best in the league I don't know about that. What I do know is that he's the best back on the Bengals roster. Gio Bernard should be getting 10-15 touches a game with an emphasis on getting him into open spaces. I hope I never see Gio Bernard run another dive play.

Sigfox09
Agree 100%! Hill should be carrying the ball 25 times with Gio getting 15 touches.

bengalsfan850
He had his best game of the year for sure, hopefully he can keep it up an torch Houston next week
MichaelWeston
Split the carries and Bernard should be doing dives too. None of that stuff where you only run a certain play with a certain guy.

Gotta give it up to him....great way to comeback from the turd laying last week.

CincyInDC
Andy Dalton underthrew AJ on that 39-yard bomb to the right sideline.

Inigo Montoya
Andy was 16 for 22 for 220 yards, 3 TD passes, and zero turnovers. By far his best game of the year. I thought Sanu did him no favors on at least 3 of those incompletions so it could have been even better. Hill certainly helped A LOT and the o-line won the battle most of the day. Still, Dalton needed a good performance and he delivered.
|BengalsFREAK|
It's not a new concept, and it's not unique to Andy Dalton.....if you have an effective running game, your QB will be better for it. Much better.
BengalsOwn
I'm glad that good Andy showed up today. Now, if only he could stop being schizophrenic. Maybe Mike Brown should consider putting a roof on the stadium.

Of his 6 incompletions at least two were throwaways (one in the general direction of Gresham that didn't draw a flag and one he airmailed toward the sideline b/c nobody was open. Two others were drops by Sanu. And one was the one where he gave AJ a pretty good shot at it in the end zone, but A.J. couldn't get his hands under it. It was damn near a perfect game from him. He also made a couple good decisions running the ball and picking up nice yardage.
WRAPradio
Andy played well today, maybe the wind is his weakness. I thought the O-line played well and the run defense was a LOT better today. The entire team stepped up...and that's a good thing.
