January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695656 If you have any money to gamble with, I would strongly recommend putting it on the Bengals Money Line this week.

January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695673 I expect the line to change to favor us if we see that Mahomes ankle is preventing him from practicing.
January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695679 It's foolproof. If we win, it's because Kermie is injured. If they win he is 'gutsy'.
January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695688 https://arrowheadaddict.com/2023/01/22/patrick-mahomes-injury-update/ I think they are downplaying his condition for betting purposes, no way a guy with a high ankle is feeling great the day after. I want to see what happens Wednesday, if he's practicing. Then if he does practice, how does body respond to the stress If Mahommes plays he will be a liability for the Chiefs.

High ankle sprains are weird. You can be walking around and feel just fine, but as soon as you try to do something like push off of it or cut it's "no fucking way!"

Probably why he was wanting to go back in, but once he was you could see he was not 100%, planting was a problem. Well see if he practices during the week. I suspect even if he doesnt he's going to try to play. Hope Loue dials up some blitzes early so we can find out if he is good or not.

As Shannon Sharpe said, they will shoot him up with Toradol and maybe some corticosteroids. He'll play, but he won't be 100%.

January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695715 Talking heads oh they got chiefs coming. Jones and his buds are gonna bury burrow. That snow hurt bills pass rush. I think we already played Chris jones and his buds.

January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695731 I would not push them unless they are close to 100%. If can somehow get by chiefs again two more weeks might get them back.

But it was interesting. Now he just babbles on like all the other announcers, no longer orignal at all.
January 23, 20232 yr Author comment_1695736 Kermit...Henne...Homeless guy off the street... So long as this guy is on the field, there are no easy defensive series
January 23, 20232 yr Author comment_1695739 Also, those two annoying little water bugs they have at RB can really be a potential problem.
January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695743 Somebody please remind me of Flowers injury status. We could sure use a guy like him against Kelsey (and potentially against a rambling Mahommes assuming he's halfway mobile with that ankle).

January 23, 20232 yr comment_1695752 He had good numbers in the AFC title game last year - almost 100 yards and a TD but much of that came before halftime. We shut him out completely in first half of game this year.

Then they bring in Gene Steratore to come in and tell them how right they are in their assessment. Kind of like the 'heel' commentator on WWF.
