Had he not been a jackass, he might have gotten his chance this week when Tee went down.

"I had the same number of receiving yards as George Pickens tonight, so quit hatin'!"

- Jermaine, probably

Note that the above is technically true... hell, we all had the same number of yards as George!  Hoorah!

Coaches and players are too soft these days. What Burton needs is good ol fashion ass whooping. Sometimes that's the extreme you have to go to when dealing with these punk ass youngsters.

He done gambled it all away. Those slot machines are at least a dollar a pull. You can pull that MFer at least 2 or 3 times a minute. Times 60 minutes in a hour. That's over $100 per hour and probably a very conservative estimate. So not shocking at all to think of his little million already completely gone.  Dudes a fucking idiot. Someone buy him a GD fishing pole or something. Get him doing something else with his free time.

No one on the Bengals is going to whip his ass, that's his parents job, not his co-workers. He will get fired before it came to that.

However, if u do believe he has an addiction to gambling then violence isn't going to solve it, addiction is a disease. You wouldn't want to whip someone's ass to cure their cancer or flu...would u?

Burton is an immature young man trying to figure it out, hopefully he doesn't squander the opportunity he's Bern given.

Pac Man Jones didn't know how to put gas in his own car... He never got evicted.

Vontaze Burfict - Never evicted.

You have got to be a special kind of stupid to be a Millionaire who gets evicted. This is what a University of Georgia education will get you.

Jermaine Burton did not play for the Georgia. He played for Alabama.

Bengals receiver Jermaine Burton’s rookie season has come to an early end.

Cincinnati announced Burton will not travel to Pittsburgh and has been downgraded to out for the Week 18 matchup due to a coach’s decision.

Burton, a third-round pick in the 2024 draft, was inactive for a game earlier this season after missing a walk-through. He’s caught just four passes for 107 yards in 14 games this season, playing 131 offensive snaps and 37 special teams snaps.

But he hasn’t received a target since the Nov. 17 loss to the Chargers.

The Bengals need to win on Saturday night and have the Broncos and Dolphins lose on Sunday to clinch the final AFC playoff spot.

zEveryone in the NFL,knew Burton was a head case.He had first round talent.Yet fell to the 4th round. The Bengals should have learned from Burfict,Pacman Jones, and Chris Henry. You can't change these type of players.Stop drafting them.No matter how talented they are.

Try hitting some sweet slot machines instead!

The only thing this post is missing is the Geotag for the Lucky 7 Casino in Wheeling.

The Hard Rock Casino is where the slot machine picture was taken.

Not far at all (10 minutes or so depending on lights and traffic) from his now

former home in The Banks.

Go up Broadway, turn right on 7th which becomes Gilbert and into the casino parking garage.

Broadway and 7th are one way so even he can't screw it up.  Maybe.

He left Georgia for Alabama his junior year.  Gotta wonder what that was all about.  Basically a guy who has had adults wash his balls for the last 10 years.  Went to the best high school "football" schools most likely for free while adult men worshipped and drooled all over him.  Then went to 2 powerhouse SEC schools where he was most likely assigned a "guy" to take care of his day to day activities.   Basically another version of Johnny Manziel.

Was Fig Newton on Pickens most of the game?.

Whoever it was did a shutdown job.

* parent

His mom raised him alone. There is no mention of his father or of who he is. Perhaps that may have contributed to his current challenges, I don't know.

In addition to committing to LSU, backing out and going to Georgia, then transferring to Alabama, he attended three high schools in four years. He started out at Hapeville Charter Academy in Atlanta, then to IMG Academy in Florida, then to Calabasas High School in California.

Absolutley no reason not to give him this offseason. Cut him in camp and then laud the player who beat him out

Another thought on this. What if you give him this offseason and he does something so bad that you get to save money by voiding the contract. Saves you some cash for a vet min player or better.

3rd round pick on a cheap 4 year deal - he will be given a LOT of rope. Look how long they hung on to Cartman
